ADHD Awareness Month Print

October is ADHD Awareness Month around the World. Patient Organisations will be holding events and activities to raise awareness.

If you are holding an event anywhere in Europe please let us know and we would be very happy to help publicise your event.

World ADHD Day

I  want to share with you that we have delivered to the Ministry of Health, Government of Spain all support documentation (individuals, professionals and institutions) obtained in the Campaign for the statement by the WHO of the ADHD Awareness Day. At the ceremony in the Ministry were present with me Isabel Rubio, President of Adana Foundation, Teresa Moras, Secretary FEAADAH and Paloma Casado, Deputy Director General of Quality and Cohesion of the Ministry of Health. The Ministry will endorse this initiative and submit this to the WHO.

Thank you very much everyone for your help in the success of the campaign. Hopefully we get to see the declaration of the World Day of ADHD sooner rather than later.

Warm Regards

Fulgencio Madrid Conesa
