Directive on the application of patients rights on cross-border healthcare (19/02/2009) Print

This Directive is adopted in the Resolution of the European Parliament and the Council, 19 February 2009.

The EU high-level conference 'Together for Mental Health and Well-Being' held in Brussels on 12-13 June 2008, which established the European Pact for Mental Health and Well-Being, and the Commission's Green Paper on 'Improving the mental health of the population - Towards a strategy on mental health for the European Union' were two of the several points they regarded.

Some representatives of ADHD-Europe attended this EU-high-level conference in Brussels and made a contribution there.
